As a designer at Kensie, I researched prints and colors for multiple seasons. Standardizing color palettes and ensuring print strike offs, lab dips of fabrics and trims matched chosen colors were some of my responsibilities. I am able to rework print files to create perfect repeatable patterns, ready to print for production. Creating multiple print color ways on Kaledo Print and Photoshop were frequent presentations to Senior Designers and CEO.
Original jacquard artwork was designed on Kaledo Knit, simulating actual yarn gauges and texture. Patterns were inspired by trends and relying on personal sense of balance and harmony of repeating shapes. Submits created on Illustrator clearly communicated colors, placement details, pattern repeat sizes for vendors overseas, with successful bulk production.
